This affects the Epic Games Store client/launcher too.

Tested on wine-staging-5.21 by reverting
bd27af974a21085cd0dc78b37b715bbcc3cfab69 and deleting the "DriverDate" and
"DriverDateData" keys from the registry, which makes the UI usable again.
