I'll try to make some time to put it together then, the hard part is getting
all the reparse point support in place - so that's been my focus so far ;)

Yeah, I cannot for the life of me find my patches for converting
FILE_FLAG_OPEN_REPARSE_POINT into FILE_OPEN_REPARSE_POINT and then having the
server treat it appropriately.  At this point I'll just have to recreate it,
since spending more time on finding it is likely to take longer than recreating
it.
