After doing the following:
- cleaning the wine folder and making one specifically for the 32-bit
- Installing all the samba-winbind* packages to get rid of the
"SECUR32_initNTLMSP ntlm_auth" error

I now have a different error showing up as OneDrive cannot be run with full
administrator rights which is what the bug #40613 is going to address so I am
marking this defect as duplicate.
