Hello folks,

resolving 'FIXED' here.

Fortunately I have all Wine releases down to Wine 1.3 rebuilt as shared WoW64
build on my machine (whopping 250 GB) which helps a lot to quickly test/bisect
old versions.

The crash on start disappeared with Wine 1.9.10
The crash on exit disappeared with Wine 3.0-rc3

Probably fixed a long time ago. I can't be bothered to bisect the exact commits
though. There are definitely some comctl32 candidates.

wine-5.22
