I am going to close this, as i guess none is bothering looking at this at all.

The "culprit" here is that WoW PTR runs in a debugging mode, and that is what
is slowing down Wine a lot. This does not happen in Windows, or atleast not
that noticeable.

The reason i know it is this, and not something else, is that the last week
there have been 2 "instances" of Blizzard pushing the "Release" version, and
when this version is up, the lagging is gone. There is also less logs generated
in the _ptr_/Logs folder.

Whenever the "Test" version is up, there is more logs generated AND this insane
slowdown.

Anyway - Closed.
