DirectX 9 executable of SR3 (so not Dx10/11 binary)

I have flickering models. Unfortunately, I can not say if it's the same as the
videos since all YouTube links are "broken".

Back in the days, I had black models too but I gave a try today with 5.8 (I
can't install Wine 5.18 yet) and now models are correct but flickering. I tried
to lower the graphics but the issue still remains.

Maybe fixed between 5.8 and 5.18, I don't know but 5.8 is not from 2017, it's
way more recent so it should be fixed, judging by what Gijs Vermeulen said.
