Hi, Confirming, Got a Runtime error and then after clicking Cancel the
"0x000000007bcddfcc DbgBreakPoint in ntdll: int    $3" 

In future please add downloadlink. 

With "winetricks vcrun2017" it starts for me; The minimal "native" set for me
was

WINEDLLOVERRIDES=ucrtbase,vcomp140=n,b sine BlueSkyPlan.exe 

Setting component to msvcrt
