ok! Manual bisect is over, i guess:

The first commit with the issue is:

so the 9cc92365560f19c2fd2b9796f79aa75e02381bb1 can execute applications
(otherwise it fails to run even winecfg).

Then it, the issue, can be on the other 2 commits too.
