I installed from this link:
http://meggamusic.co.uk/winamp/Winamp_Download.htm
The 5.666 full english version works properly under wine-development but not
under wine-staging.
I am using Ubuntu-Mate 20.04, I do not have the staging version installed now
so I can't tell you what version but it was version current as of September 2,
it broke after applying that days updates.
I am running a custom kernel, 5.8.0, fully tickless, fully pre-emptive and
1000HZ
clock.
I have a home brew machine based upon Asus A390-Z motherboard, an i7-9700k CPU
clocked at 5Ghz, internal Intel graphics, and using the audio built into the
motherboard, 32GB RAM, a WD Blue 1TB SSD and several rotary drives, all SATA.
I tried different window managers, Marco, Compton, Compiz, all displayed the
same behavior.
