Setup Prefix version to Windows 7

wine /tmp/EVEMon-install-4.0.18.exe
Click through installation prompts.

Offers to launch on conclusion.

Note: Unlike under Wine 5.0 Ubuntu 20.04, it does not attempt to install dotNet
as part of the installation process.
