Result:
  3.21              load time: 1 min 36 sec
  4.0-rc1           waited 5 minutes, doesn’t load, killed process
  4.10              waited 5 minutes, doesn’t load, killed process
  4.16              waited 5 minutes, doesn’t load, killed process

If I wait more time or get lucky, the game may load, but this time it doesn’t
load at all.
