I can reproduce the issue on Firefox 80.0.1. This is what I could find out:

• Disabling all extensions works.
• There are many extensions that, if active, trigger the issue (Tampermonkey,
uBlock Origin, Feedbro, Facebook Container — that last one was freshly
installed just for testing).
• There are some extensions that do *not* trigger the issue (Stylus, Firefox
Color, LASER CAT — the last two freshly installed just for testing).
• Using browser dev tools for debugging the issue is impossible. If the dev
tools are open (docked or separate window), the list page does not load at all
and displays a white screen. This is regardless of what extensions are
installed, though the "white screen" only finishes loading if no "problematic"
extensions are installed.
