Can you please be more specific? Where are you seeing this error, and what is
its exact text?

If I run a test program that tries to load wldap32.dll without libldap_r-2.4.so
present on the machine, I get the following message in the console:

0024:err:module:open_builtin_file failed to load .so lib
"/bridge/git/wine32/dlls/wldap32/wldap32.dll.so"

That could of course be more specific, i.e. we should probably print dlerror()
if possible, but it doesn't quite match the message you report.
