[Bug 49885] Missing platforms in games subcategories

Looking at the AppDB website code I noticed that platforms are mentioned
in the description for Action Games [1].
Whilst it's good that their existence is acknowledged, platform games
are different and numerous enough to deserve their own subcategory.
Besides, when submitting a new app, the category description is not visible.
It is very likely that this omission will cause puzzlment
to unexperienced users like me.

If it's okay for everyone I'll personaly edit and commit the SQL file
responsible for the categories creation [1].
