backtrace from the 1931 installer

Retested with older version(7.0.1931), as this bug indicates it installs OK:
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47755

0) reset the wine environment:
$ rm -rf ~/.wine/ && wineboot

1) Download Atmel studio 7.0.1931:
http://studio.download.atmel.com/7.0.1931/as-installer-7.0.1931-web.exe
$ sha256sum as-installer-7.0.1931-web.exe 
ac6789398b7dd3420bdb89d165924998d1be0b8792ea98a866e1d5e998d4a980 
as-installer-7.0.1931-web.exe

2) Start the installer:
$ wine as-installer-7.0.1931-web.exe
This causes the error "The program as-installer-7.0.1931.exe has encountered a
serious error and needs to close"

My versions:
$ wine --version
wine-5.17 (Staging)
[cedric at cedric-p4 Downloads]$ pacman -Q wine
wine-staging 5.17.2-1
[cedric at cedric-p4 Downloads]$ uname -a
Linux cedric-p4 5.8.10-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu, 17 Sep 2020 18:01:06 +0000
x86_64 GNU/Linux
