Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) install Civilization 4 complete
3) wine Civilization4.exe
4) load the save from bug #26142
5) press ctrl+y to show resources
6) zoom onto a cow pasture

Behaviour:
No hammers displayed. Only bread slices are displayed but not as collated. See
attachment (left image)

Expected behaviour:
Three hammers and three bread slices displayed as collated. See attachment
(right image)

Workaround:
winetricks d3dx9_31 d3dx9_32
