Hi, Installer is fixed by b918aa074bee3e9e0f8e491e49ad3095b535b690

For subsequent bugs one could open new  bugreports

Current behaviour: the installer finishes and indeed my browser starts with
address set to localhost:8117, where it says then that it`s unable to connect.

But that`s my linux browser, not sure how that`s supposed to interact with this
Windows program...
