Well then it's a different problem.

Bug 50381 seems to be about the window going back to its original position on
some desktop environment (which I cannot reproduce on GNOME), not jumping
around randomly.

The issue here was that the window is slightly jumping around while moved was
because of inconsistent window position between X11 and Wine, and that should
be fixed now.
