[Bug 50755] Wine 6.3 stops loading winegcc made binaries

Wine 6.6 can no longer load 64 bit winegcc made apps using /usr/bin/wine.

Instead, 64 bit winegcc made apps require /usr/bin/wine64.

The old behaviour was that /usr/bin/wine could load 64 bit and 32 bit winegcc
made apps.

Is Wine going to stick to the new behaviour?, it would break pre existing
winegcc made apps.
