ntdll: Take loadorder into account also for a main exe in .so format.

In load_main_exe(), nt_name is used before it's initialized for unix file name.
Adding "init_unicode_string( &nt_name, *image );" before "loadorder =
get_load_order( &nt_name );" fixes it.
