Hi Alexandr,

This bug is already reported, so I`ll resolved as duplicate.

For workaround you could set registry-key mentioned in
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50778 or use the native dlls mentioned
in that link

Also https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50756 mentions a link that has
more info about running Tortoise.
