Like I said: probably the registry values under 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer and/or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer

But I don`t get why they are missing.
