Confirming. It is indeed caused by the "server-default_integrity" patch set.

The application requires administrator privileges via a manifest. Windows
spawns a UAC prompt in this case; we should automatically elevate the process.
Unfortunately this is nontrivial, as the initial process is assigned a token by
the server, and the PE side never gets a chance to change it. We either have to
copy a large amount of manifest parsing code to ntdll.so, or thunk initial
process creation (e.g. use "start /exec" to start all processes?)
