Hi, Manual installation of dotnet will likely not work

Try in in new fresh wineprefix: 'winetricks dotnet472 dotnet48'

(Hopefully 'winetricks dotnet472' will not hang, if it hangs just do
'wineserver -k' in another terminal window)
