That is it seems to be a case where for one reason or another a call to
free/unlock something isn't being done. While there weren't that many commits,
the code shifts were significant...

Also, that code feels quite convoluted to me. It might need to be, but it makes
it difficult to follow and comprehend.

To make things more difficult, BaseOutputPinImpl_GetDeliveryBuffer is spamming
the console after activating that debug channel.
