Adding a stable download that matches the SHA-1 from the OP.

Starts up fine with wine-6.7.

It does complain about
017c:err:ole:com_get_class_object class {d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000}
not registered
which seems to be some Flash thing, but it still starts up regardless.
