Starts just fine for me with wine-6.14. I tested with winver set to both
windows 7 & 10.

'Wine build: wine-6.13.r0.g52dd3381 ( TkG Staging Esync Fsync )'

3rd party wine builds are not supported here, please retest with upstream
(non-staging) wine.

Also, always attach the full terminal output, not only the backtrace. See:
