Hello folks,

normally the bug would be resolved 'invalid' (shared WINEPREFIX), but I'm
resolving as dupe of bug 43642 ("Internet Download Manager TDI Driver
'idmtdi.sys' crashes on unimplemented function
ntoskrnl.exe.IoReleaseRemoveLockAndWaitEx"). Bug 43642 also resulted from using
tainted/recycled WINEPREFIX.

Most likely one software the users(s) installed had IDM bundled with. The users
mindlessly clicked through installer buttons/checkboxes as usual, causing it to
be installed as well.
