All right, I ran another series of tests.
Game will open much faster with -ntdll and the thing that I said for DXVK,
forget it, that isn't the problem.
Apparently the major issue that I have is coming from the HD Texture pack, when
I disable it, most of the freezes are gone, still sometimes, the ndtll spam
causes me a few stutters
