Wayland driver staging patchset (over upstream f69d4a865f9)

Hi! As some people may already be aware of, I have been working on a Wayland
for some time now. As discussed on the mailing list previously, wine-staging It
has reached a point where it would benefit from wider exposure through
wine-staging.

To this end, as per the wine-staging guidelines, I am attaching a patchset and
I would like to request inclusion into wine-staging (CCed staging maintainer).
