For the performance degradation, it looks like that _HEAP_FindFreeBlock is the
one that makes Roblox's performance degrades. The performance degradation
starts being noticable when Roblox's memory usage is nearing 1000mb/1gb. On
Windows, when Roblox's memory usage is nearing 1000mb/1gb it's not a problem,
it still runs smoothly, but on Wine it makes _HEAP_FindFreeBlock an overhead
and causes Roblox to slow down
