indeed it's fixed. I did a quick reverse bisect and it turns out this was fixed
by commit
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/a602bdd326cf09b9c77ecbd4cb59af3c32bf2ecd
("ntdll: Use the unrolled memset from msvcrt."). Part of Wine 6.21 release.
