[Bug 52094] IDA Pro 7.6 crashes when loading idapython3.dll

I've confirmed it too, though it doesn't apply cleanly on 6.23, so I had to
build from git.

I should also mention that I had to clear out forward4.c and forward4.spec to
get it to build, as I would otherwise get this error:
