It seems that the commit
https://github.com/wine-mirror/wine/commit/3bace8862f1b49e40574d1c9647e6984f10d026f
causes a regression that causes the Escape from Tarkov launcher to crash on any
Wine higher than this commit.

Bisected and verified on several computers by several people, it causes people
to have to stick to an older Wine version to make it running on Lutris.

The launcher can be downloaded here:
https://prod.escapefromtarkov.com/launcher/download

The launcher is apparently based on old Xsolla launcher, so some other software
may be affected. It uses Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and DX9 with
partial present, having to have to install .NET (for example with winetricks)
might be necessary.

The launcher also doesn't work with DXVK, see
