It is always better to report a bug without using any native dll. Usually,
configuration with native dlls are not supported in this bugzilla.
Anyway, if your software does not work with a builtin dll, wine must be fixed.

So remove your .wine folder and report back.
rm -fR .wine
Lauch your software
And attach the console output.
