I can confirm that the black 3d issue is fixed on my installation and also from
your screenshot which seems to come from a 'quick race' in the game.

However it appears that there is another issue when you go into championship
mode which may or may not be related to this issue (seems like it is a separate
issue.) and it was mentioned earlier in the thread. I think a video is played
when you start championship mode and it causes the game to crash and hence the
majority of this game is unplayable. 

Please would you be able to confirm if championship mode works for you?

If it doesn't and we are closing this bug then can we open a new bug for this
issue?
