I found this while investigating bug 51442 and bug 51648 and bisected to:

How to reproduce:

1. Install 64bit Firefox 91 esr
2. Run wine firefox.exe -private -devtools https://www.seznam.cz

Firefox suffers multiple bugs with 7.0-rc so probably multiple runs are needed
to hit the bug.
