Not invalid. there is bug in wine. It must be fixed. Can you reopen this bug? 
And more important: can you attach a full console output with the latest wine
and a fresh wineprefix:
plain wine-7.0-rc2 (no dxvk !!!)

Reminder: the next time, when you report a bug, always test in a fresh wine
prefix with the latest plain wine.
