Hello folks,

this is essentially bug 13042 ("CodeGear RAD Studio 2007 does not install")
which was never fixed. People apparently can't read. Instead of reopening old
cruft, Linards opened a new bug report here which is fine.

Refining summary to target more apps/installers.
