Hello folks,

I've revisited this one a while ago but couldn't reproduce it anymore with an
old-style build (no LLVM/MinGW) on modern Fedora 32 distro with GCC 9.x. Maybe
there were improvements/fixes in area of DWARF symbol generation -> upstream
toolchain issue.

Resolving as 'NOTOURBUG' for now.
