Additional information due to new versions being released:

No version pass 5.17 can successfully run Clip Studio Paint anymore. Clip
Studio Paint version 1.9.11 runs under 5.17, but newer Clip Studio Paint
versions do not run, with a "syncing error" occurring. I can't get a back-trace
for this error, as it crashes before it can save it, but i can post a
back-trace for ver. 1.9.11's crash in wine-staging 9.1 (9.2 has the exact same
page fault, i just didn't get a trace for it)

The issue stems from a page fault at 0xffffff(continues). It's gotten so bad, I
don't think the WineHQ wiki should say Clip Studio runs in Linux. A very
specific version of CSP runs in a very specific version of wine, and if either
of the two are off it wont run. I guess it was fun while it lasted
