For clarity I think that something changes in how .net handles zh languages if
you set the win version from winxp to win7 or higher. Our App, Logos Bible
Software, is otherwise much more stable with the win version set to win10 so
far as I have experienced and have confirmed with others. This appears to be
the same issue described in https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47277
