Hello folks,
adding stable download link via Internet Archive:
32-bit iTunes 12.1.3.6:

winetricks msxml3
iTunes 12.7.2.58
Fixed for me.
--- quote ---
Always stick to the originally reported iTunes <major>.<minor> release. There
are already several duplicate iTunes bugs from start. Other iTunes bugs were
turned into duplicates because users used different iTunes versions for testing
and basically messed up those bugs as well by mixing in different problems.
Currently I can't be arsed to clean up this mess. Maybe some time later.
Anyway, there are no visible artifacts with current Wine 6.x. The issues with
builtin gdiplus have probably been fixed a long time ago (possibly duped by
other bugs).
Resolving 'FIXED' here.

$ du -sh iTunesSetup.exe

$ wine --version
