Hello folks,
confirming. The error window can be dismissed though and the main user
interface is shown.

That is an unsettling number of installed native components. Why would one need
DirectX recipes for Windows To USB stick creator app?
Are you using a shared WINEPREFIX? Please don't do that. Use a clean (new!)
WINEPREFIX without any native overrides unless they really needed to work
around known bugs. This applies to all your bug reports and bug reports you
commented on.
Additionally using Wine-Staging to report/test bugs against mainline Wine is
questionable. The Wine-Staging project has a large number of patches applied
which potentially leads to different observed behavior compared to mainline
Wine. For this bug report it doesn't matter but it makes bug reports / test
report updates less helpful unless you know the bug is in mainline as well.
