Hello,

first of all thanks for your help. :)
I tried the override of the dll as you described (I don't know what it does but
at least I tried ;) ):

"'winecfg' -> 'Libraries' -> add 'msvcp140_1' to the list and press 'Apply'
and/ or 'OK and then exit."

Unfortunately nothing changed. I'm still not able to open the
"Umsatzsteuererklärung" 

Any further ideas? I really appreciate.
