The installer is no longer available at this URL. It can still be downloaded
from web wayback machine. The fact that it relies on a web service makes it
even less likely that this will ever work.

In current Wine, I can't select a phone model to install drivers for. This
should be retested on Windows, to make sure it's not caused by a discontinued
web service.
