This bug is marked as a regression, but there's no indication of a Wine version
in which it worked. Moreover, if the bug is indeed that Milkdrop 2 fails to run
*with all builtin libraries* (which comment 23 suggests, though the title is
confusing), and the failure is related to HLSL compilation, I don't think this
would ever have worked. Can you please provide a working Wine version, or else
remove the keyword?
