adding stable download via Internet Archive:

I can't reproduce the problems with the Wine versions that were reported as
"faulty" here. The user interface, adding instruments works fine here.

Tested with:

* Wine 5.10
* Wine 5.11
* Wine-Staging 5.13 (5.12 = broken, doesn't build)

Possible other reasons:

* broken WINEPREFIX
* broken Distro provided Wine (Staging)
* application (vendor) bug in Kontakt that was fixed with newer app version (OP
didn't specify which exact version)
