What is Emoticon? It's a Windows program allowing the user manage smileys,
emojis and the likes.

How does it work? At launch, the program will display a bunch of smileys and If
you click on one of them, the program will automatically insert it on the
focused window. If for some reason, it can't do this, then the smiley will be
automatically copied to clipboard.

*What happens under WINE?* The program can't detect the focused windows and it
doesn't copy anything to clipboard.
