The wow32 and wow64 test runs have been reenabled on cw-rx460.

crypt32:sip does not have any failures despite still using %windir%:
https://test.winehq.org/data/tests/crypt32:sip.html

According to a quick test both the %windir% and %SystemRoot% environment
variables are defined when running a 32-bit executable from either the wow32 or
wow64 build trees.

Since things now seem to be working fine I'm closing this bug.
